Rôtisserie “Le Central”

A great tourist escape, our “Le Central” restaurant offers you a unique experience: a tour of the top spots of Burgundy, through a series of digital images projected onto a giant screen in the restaurant. A dual journey, gastronomic through sampling its flavours, and a reverie inspired by the fantastic views of Burgundy landscapes and monuments. A marvellous show!

“Central Place” brasserie

A bar restaurant with a convivial atmosphere at the heart of Dijon.
