The menu of the hotel Dijon Centre honours Burgundian gastronomy. Our chef proposes a gourmet cuisine with local and traditional flavours: grilled fish, brochettes, excellent Burgundies wines and delicious Côtes du Rhône.

A great tourist escape in our restaurant Dijon “Le Central” for a unique experience: a tour of the top spots of Burgundy, through a series of digital images projected onto a giant screen.
A dual journey, gastronomic in the flavours’ tasting, and a reverie inspired by the fantastic views of Burgundy landscapes and monuments.

Brasserie Dijon “Le Central Place”

A bar restaurant with a convivial atmosphere at the heart of Dijon.
You can enjoy tasty salads, gourmet dishes and our famous club sandwiches.
Served with Burgundian wines (glass or bottle). On summer weather, have a pleasant time on our shady terrace.
